Paver Services in Ave Maria, FL
Ave Maria is unlike any other community in our service area. Purpose-built from the ground up starting in 2007, it’s a master-planned new urbanist town in eastern Collier County centered around Ave Maria University. There are no aging housing stocks, no decades of deferred maintenance, and no salt air. What there is: new and relatively new pavers hitting their first and second maintenance cycles, intense summer rainfall that is among the heaviest in Southwest Florida due to the community’s location at the edge of the Big Cypress watershed, and a tight-knit, community-minded population that responds strongly to reputation and word of mouth.
The maintenance profile here is completely different from our coastal markets. No tidal dynamics. No salt air. No accumulated sealer history from the 1970s. What drives the work is UV fading, heavy seasonal rain washing joint sand out repeatedly, and a first-generation builder seal that’s wearing off on the oldest sections of the community.

Our Services
Paver Services We Provide in Ave Maria
Paver Cleaning & Sealing
The primary service in Ave Maria. UV-faded concrete pavers across the town center, residential neighborhoods, and university campus. First and second cycle maintenance on new construction from 2007-2020.
Paver Repair
Irrigation-related sinking, construction settlement in newer sections, and drainage-driven base erosion from Ave Maria's intense rainy season. We identify the cause before fixing the surface.
Paver Restoration
Builder sealers from original construction (2007-2015) are now reaching or past their useful life. Strip and reseal is increasingly the right approach for Ave Maria's oldest sections.

Yet again, I continue to be very pleased with the Paver Protectors! These folks are my go to for anything related to paver/sidewalk cleaning and/or sealing. I have been using them for 6-7 years now and couldn’t be more satisfied. Adam C. was today’s technician and he was great! I would highly recommend Jeff and his team at Paver Protectors to anyone needing their pavers or sidewalks cleaned/sealed. 5 star service every time!
Thanks,
R. Morris

These guys did a terrific job! They had to level our pavers and so they had to lift all the pavers around the pool, add sand and then put all the pavers back down. They also replaced our 2 inch drain with a 3 inch drain which was a tough job to do! They arrived on time at 8:30 and were finished by 5pm.
They did such a good job that we have scheduled them to power wash and seal both our lanai and our driveway!
Thanks Larry and Dennis!

Alissa was very pleasant and helpful in arranging the cleaning and sealing of our patio pavers. She clearly answered questions and promptly prepared an estimate for me. Similarly, Junior was great to deal with at our home. He explained the process to me and discussed the timeline on when to use the patio after treatment. He took care in the cleaning of the pavers and application of sealer. He also checked if I had any questions. Our patio now looks refreshed with the more vibrant colours that previously looked faded. I am very pleased with the total experience with Paver Protectirs and would highly recommend them!

If I could give 5 million stars, I sure would! I absolutely love the outcome and wouldn’t expect anything less from this amazing company! Absolutely professional, accurate, through, and highly respected!
The owner is an amazing business owner and has an amazing team! Make sure to check them out and make sure to support locally owned businesses.
Definitely HIGHLY RECOMMEND! They don’t just clean and seal pavers, they do concrete too!
