FORT MYERS, FLORIDA (October 11, 2019) – October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and this year one local business owner is rallying his friends, family, team members, and customers to donate to the cause. Jeff Evers, president of Paver Protectors, Inc. has purchased pink shirts for his team of nine to proudly wear in the office and on job sites to call attention to this deadly disease and hope for its cure.

“Both my grandfathers died of cancer and I’ve had two close friends whose wives had breast cancer,” said Evers. “One unfortunately passed away but the other (who was diagnosed last year with the disease) is a survivor. We want to see more survivors which is why we’re doing this.”
Now through Thursday, October 31st, customers of Paver Protectors will get the same friendly service with a slight twist. Each technician will be donned in pink shirts with the familiar ribbon, signifying breast cancer awareness.
