Paver Cleaning and Sealing in Fort Myers, FL

Fort Myers is home base for Paver Protectors. Jeff Evers started this company right here in Lee County back in 2011, and the pavers we service today are in the same neighborhoods where we built our reputation — Gateway, Pelican Preserve, Verandah, Colonial Country Club. We know what Fort Myers does to pavers, because we’ve been cleaning them up for over a decade. which is why paver cleaning fort myers homeowners trust us first.
The short version: Fort Myers is rough on pavers. Six months of rain, five months of blazing UV, and a sandy soil base that shifts under slab weight. Most pavers here sit on a bed of sand over compacted fill — and that sand moves. When it does, joints open up, weeds push through, and water gets under the surface. If a sealer isn’t locking those joints down, you’re fighting a losing battle every rainy season. which is exactly the problem consistent paver sealing fort myers fl solves.
Pro Tip:
The biggest mistake Fort Myers homeowners make is waiting until pavers look bad before calling us. Once algae has penetrated the surface or joints have been compromised for a full rainy season, the job takes twice as long and costs more. Two to three years between seals is the right interval here.

Yet again, I continue to be very pleased with the Paver Protectors! These folks are my go to for anything related to paver/sidewalk cleaning and/or sealing. I have been using them for 6-7 years now and couldn’t be more satisfied. Adam C. was today’s technician and he was great! I would highly recommend Jeff and his team at Paver Protectors to anyone needing their pavers or sidewalks cleaned/sealed. 5 star service every time!

Thanks,
R. Morris

These guys did a terrific job! They had to level our pavers and so they had to lift all the pavers around the pool, add sand and then put all the pavers back down. They also replaced our 2 inch drain with a 3 inch drain which was a tough job to do! They arrived on time at 8:30 and were finished by 5pm.
They did such a good job that we have scheduled them to power wash and seal both our lanai and our driveway!
Thanks Larry and Dennis!

Alissa was very pleasant and helpful in arranging the cleaning and sealing of our patio pavers. She clearly answered questions and promptly prepared an estimate for me. Similarly, Junior was great to deal with at our home. He explained the process to me and discussed the timeline on when to use the patio after treatment. He took care in the cleaning of the pavers and application of sealer. He also checked if I had any questions. Our patio now looks refreshed with the more vibrant colours that previously looked faded. I am very pleased with the total experience with Paver Protectirs and would highly recommend them!

Definitely HIGHLY RECOMMEND! They don’t just clean and seal pavers, they do concrete too!

Thank you Paver Protectors

Frequently Asked Questions — Paver Sealing in Fort Myers

Every 2-3 years. The UV and rainy season break down sealer faster here than in cooler climates. Pool decks and driveways with heavy traffic usually need it closer to the 2-year mark.
Algae and mold. Once the sealer wears off, moisture soaks in and organic growth takes hold quickly in Fort Myers’ humidity. A thorough clean and fresh sealer stops it and keeps it from returning.
Yes, but we work with the weather. We need 24-48 dry hours after sealing. We track the forecast closely and will reschedule if conditions aren’t right.

If we refill the joints with polymeric sand first, yes. The sand hardens when activated and creates a weed and ant-resistant barrier. We always do both.

A few hundred dollars for a small patio to over a thousand for a full driveway and pool deck. Free quotes — call (239) 288-0705.

Yes. Travertine requires a penetrating sealer, not a film-forming one. We have extensive experience with travertine and natural stone throughout Lee County.
