Paver Restoration in Bonita Springs, FL
Two restoration calls come up consistently in Bonita Springs. The first: a homeowner whose travertine pool deck turned white one of the white pavers bonita springs cases we see most after being sealed by a company that used the wrong product. The second: a homeowner who got an HOA notice about stained, discolored, or visually deteriorated pavers and needs the kind of HOA paver restoration bonita springs communities require, fixed quickly — with documentation to provide to the HOA office.
Both situations are fixable. And in both cases, the fix is the same: strip the failed coating completely the root of most failed paver sealer bonita springs fl complaints treat any underlying staining, and reseal with the right product the right way. Sealing over a problem only delays and amplifies it.
Important:
Do not let anyone apply new sealer over an existing failed coat on your Bonita Springs pavers. Whether it’s white travertine or a peeling concrete driveway, adding more product over a failed base makes the eventual restoration more expensive and more involved. Strip first.

Restoration for Bonita Springs in HOA Violations
Getting an HOA notice about your pavers feels more urgent than it usually is. Most Bonita Springs HOA violations related to pavers fall into categories that restoration directly addresses:
- Surface discoloration or staining — Restoration strips failed sealer and treats underlying staining before resealing; result is a clean, uniform surface.
- White or hazy appearance from improper previous sealing — Complete strip and reseal with correct product eliminates whiteness.
- Visible weed growth or algae between joints — Full restoration includes joint resanding with polymeric sand, which eliminates weed and algae intrusion going forward.
- General deteriorated appearance — Faded, patchy, or worn surfaces are addressed through stripping oxidized layers and resealing with fresh enhancing sealer.
We provide before/after photo documentation and a written completion certificate for HOA submission on request. We’ve helped homeowners in Bonita Bay, Pelican Landing, and Spanish Wells resolve HOA notices consistently.
Travertine Restoration in Bonita Springs Gated Communities
Travertine restoration Bonita Springs follows the same process as in Naples — but with the additional HOA timeline consideration:
- Apply natural stone-appropriate sealer stripper — Different product and chemistry from what we use on concrete pavers.
- Allow full dwell time — We don't rush this step; partial removal means new sealer that bonds to residue.
- Clean completely to bare travertine — Inspect for efflorescence, salt staining, or mineral deposits that need additional treatment.
- Chemical treatment of staining where present — Neutralize before resealing so it doesn't bleed through.
- Minimum overnight dry time — Longer if morning humidity is high.
- Apply penetrating impregnating sealer — Natural matte finish, no sheen, no color change; protects from within without sitting on top of the stone.
Why us?
Concrete Paver Restoration in Bonita Springs
For concrete brick paver driveways and pool decks in communities like Pelican Landing, Palmira, and Spanish Wells:
- Strip all previous sealer coats — Standard concrete paver stripper, agitated in and pressure washed off.
- Treat efflorescence — White mineral deposits on concrete pavers treated chemically before resealing.
- Allow full dry time — Minimum 24 hours.
- Apply enhancing water-based sealer in two coats — Deepens original paver color, adds protective barrier against UV and moisture, the same finish used in routinepaver cleaning and sealing.
- Polymeric sand joint refill included — Restores joint stability and eliminates weed and ant intrusion going forward.
Pro Tip:
After a proper concrete paver restoration, the color restoration is one of the most striking visible results we achieve. Even pavers that have been severely faded by years of UV exposure — or that needed paver repair for cracks or sinking beforehand — come back to near-original vibrancy once the oxidized layers are stripped and fresh enhancing sealer is applied.
Bonita Springs Communities Where We Do Restoration Regularly
- Bonita Bay — Travertine pool decks sealed incorrectly, salt air acceleration; most common restoration market in Bonita Springs.
- Imperial Golf Estates — Travertine pool decks, multiple previous seal coat layers in some properties, full strip required.
- Spanish Wells — Older concrete driveways with thick oxidized sealer build-up; stripping and restoration makes them look new again.
- Pelican Landing — Mix of concrete and travertine; community-wide appearance standards make restoration more time-sensitive.
- Mediterra (southern section) — Premium travertine and natural stone; highest-standard work in our Bonita Springs market.

These guys did a terrific job! They had to level our pavers and so they had to lift all the pavers around the pool, add sand and then put all the pavers back down. They also replaced our 2 inch drain with a 3 inch drain which was a tough job to do! They arrived on time at 8:30 and were finished by 5pm.
They did such a good job that we have scheduled them to power wash and seal both our lanai and our driveway!
Thanks Larry and Dennis!

Alissa was very pleasant and helpful in arranging the cleaning and sealing of our patio pavers. She clearly answered questions and promptly prepared an estimate for me. Similarly, Junior was great to deal with at our home. He explained the process to me and discussed the timeline on when to use the patio after treatment. He took care in the cleaning of the pavers and application of sealer. He also checked if I had any questions. Our patio now looks refreshed with the more vibrant colours that previously looked faded. I am very pleased with the total experience with Paver Protectirs and would highly recommend them!

In most cases yes. Staining, whitening, discoloration, and visible weed growth are all addressed through proper restoration. We provide before/after documentation and a completion certificate for HOA submission.
One to two days. Stripping and cleaning on day one, overnight dry time mandatory, sealing on day two. Never rushed.
Cleaning & sealing is for naturally worn surfaces where the sealer has faded over 2-3 years. Restoration is for surfaces with failed sealer — white, peeling, or incompatible coatings that need to come off before anything new goes on.
Right sealer for the surface, never seal over an existing coat, reseal every 2-3 years on schedule. Our VIP maintenance program handles the scheduling automatically.
Almost always. The pavers under a failed seal are typically fine. Travertine pool deck replacement in Bonita Springs can run $10,000-$40,000. Restoration is a fraction of that cost.
